Author supervision is professional oversight of the architectural and interior project by its creators at all stages of construction. We ensure that execution aligns with the approved concept, adjust solutions during the process, and collaborate with contractors while preserving the integrity of the idea and the high quality of every detail.

Unlike a turnkey project, author supervision involves the client at every stage of implementation.

- Recommending an experienced construction company to execute the project according to the design;

- Issuing invoices for the procurement of required materials;

- Communication and consultation with store managers;

- Arranging deliveries and coordinating timelines;

- Accompanying clients on showroom visits;

- Independent visits to stores to source samples;

- Consulting contractors on specifications and drawings;

- Ongoing communication with the site manager and online consultation for builders regarding all implementation-related questions;

- Site visits with contractors when on-site decisions are required;

- Consulting contractors during furniture production, detailing all necessary joints and solutions (online and offline);

- Meetings and on-site consultations with clients or their representatives (preferably scheduled 5 days in advance);

- Consulting furniture manufacturers during the development of their technical drawings and details.
